Chapter 7

Riyo ran into the bathroom and threw water onto her face hoping everything she saw was just a dream. She walk out and onto the bed as she took the phone and look at it again. It wasn’t a dream.

He was really coming back.

Riyo walk down stairs to the kitchen table where she sat down with her head on the table.

“You seem really tired out” Chou said as she pokes Riyo.

“Didn’t sleep well I guess” Riyo mumble as she said closing her eyes to sleep.

“Maybe you should stay home and sleep instead of going out to do the plan” Chou said.

“Nah, I can handle it” Riyo said sitting up as Kaiyo place her breakfast plate in front of her.

“Are you sure?” Kaiyo asked as she sat down.

“Yeah I’m fine, don’t worry” Riyo assure as she pick up her spoon and begin to eat.

Then the doorbell rang as Kaiyo open the door,

“Good morning beautiful neechan” Ryo said with a smile.

“You know if you come over this often, I might as well make you a copy of the key instead of me opening the door”

“That’s a good idea!” Ryo said with a smile walking into the house.

“Hell no, this is an all girls house and a boy walking in, it’s awkward and yet weird” Chou said as Ryo rolled his eyes sitting down at the table.

“Here Riyo, the files you wanted” Ryo said hanging them to Riyo.

“Thanks” she said with a fainted smile.

“You seem sick” Ryo said as Riyo just shrug and continue to eat.

“So Ryo chan ready to go?” Chou asked as Kaiyo and Riyo drop their utensil and stare at Chou.

“What did you just call him?” Kaiyo asked.

“Ryo…chan?”

“When did you ever call him that?!?” Riyo asked with her eyes still on Chou.

“Since…”

“Since I drove her. She’s being all too kind” Ryo said with a smirk as Chou glare at him.

“It’s getting late, I should get going to the office now if I want to take a leave early” Chou said as she grab an apple from the table, “Let’s go Ryo” Chou said trying to drag him off.

“But I didn’t eat yet!”

“My treat, so let’s go” Chou said as she pry Ryo off the chair.

As both of them left, Kaiyo look at Riyo who fell asleep on top of her pancake,

“And she said she’s not tired”

In the car there was nothing but voices from music stations as Chou continue to flip through the station.

“For crying out loud pick one damn station already”

“Ah so this annoys you too” Chou said as she finally stop switching the stations.

“You know I won’t say a thing to you. I’m pretty much train to not say anything” Ryo said as Chou mimic him.

“You can leak a little and nobody will know”

“Psh as if, what happens if police bug my car? Do you know they hate me that much to follow me everywhere” Ryo said as Chou ignore him.

“Come on they don’t want anything with Yesung so tell” Chou said as Ryo ignore her. “I’m going to bug you all the way till work”

“Go ahead, I can tell Yesung who you really are and how annoying you are” Ryo said as Chou look at him.

“You’re an ass you know that”

“Why thank you, many police call me by that name so who cares. Beside Yesung’s family pay me to keep my mouth shut so I intend to. Beside you’re suppose to be good with looking up information since you and Riyo work together so many times” Ryo said as Chou pretend not to listen to him anymore and continue to flip through the stations.

A few hours passed as Chou look at the clock on her computer, “30 more minutes and I can finally get out of hell.” She mumbled looking at her desk with piles and piles of folders to type and photocopy.

She turns around to look at the office behind her but nobody was in there, “I just created more opportunity for her to have him, why can’t I think plans that actually works” she said as she got up off her chair to get some coffee.

She slowly limp toward the machine and while she was limping back Yesung walk in talking on the phone. He then look up and notice Chou limping when he hang up,

“Are you okay?”

“Oh Mr. Kim you’re back” Chou said as she put her coffee on the table.

“Yeah a bit of emergency in the morning, why are you limping?”

“Oh nothing major, when I was walking home it rain and I ran and well I twisted my ankle” Chou said as she look at Yesung who had a guilty face.

“I’m sorry I should have taken you home or something.”

“Its okay, I’m fine! See I can walk just slower than normal” Chou said walking to her table and sat down.

“You only twist your ankle nothing else right?” Yesung asked as Chou look at him and nod as he let out a sigh

Did he just sigh? He can at least ask something else beside my damn ankle >.<…Oh I’ll teach you not to leave me alone next time

Chou then reached over to her right side and pick up all the files and handed it all to Yesung, “By the way all these files need to be read and sign” Chou said

“I was only gone for 5 hours in the morning and I end up with this much stuff?!” Yesung asked as Chou shrug.

“By the way, I already request for a half day off. I have to go to the doctor to check on my twisted ankle to see if it’s okay. Oh my look at the time, it’s already 12. I’m sorry Mr. Kim but I have to go” Chou said getting up off her chair and grab her purse as Yesung look through some of the files in his arms. “By the way, there are some more files on your desk”

She then limp off as Yesung open the door to his office to find another stack of folders on his table.

“You got to be kidding me” he mumbles as all the files in his arms fell onto the ground.

Chou was sitting at the bench outside of the building, “Was I too mean to him? He didn’t really mean to leave me by myself…but he was relief that I just twisted my ankle, he could ask if I was okay than just my ankle…but he did took me to a nice restaurant…that was too far and cause me to be in this state! Gah this is sooo confusing!!!!” she yelled as she noticed the people that was sitting the bench next to her moved at least 3 benches down and people walking near her were walking even faster

“What the hell was that for?”

“They think you’re a lunatic because you sit here and yell to yourself” Ryo who was sitting next to her said as she jumps toward the other side of the bench.

“Where the hell did you come from?!”

“From my mother’s stomach who was in labor for 10 hours” Ryo said sarcastically as Chou gave him a death glare “Fine… I sat here throughout your entire speech about how Yesung mistreated you” Ryo said as he fixes his tie.

“You heard all of it?”

“Pretty much how he didn’t even care to ask if you were emotionally okay or were you sick from the rain” Ryo said as Chou look at him,

“I swear sometimes I think you’re off better as a fortune teller or psyche instead of a lawyer.” Chou said as she look at her foot that was wrapped up tightly.

“I just understand woman and know about him a bit. He’s the type that is stupid when it comes to relationship, that’s why he gets dump so many times, never really understand what a women need” Ryo said as Chou nods her head

“Tell me the truth, how many girlfriends he had before getting engage to that Sunny girl?” Chou asked as Ryo begin to think

“I think his father mention…he has about zero girlfriend”

“Wah?!?”

“Yeah, he has crushes on them or they have crushes on him, and when they go on the first date with him it always end badly…”

“If you never tell me about him, I swear he sounds gay already” Chou mumble as Ryo laugh.

“Yeah…he’s a weird guy trust me, but for some reason I have this weird vibe toward him”

“What you’re attracted to him”

“Ew no. Its jus a bad, weird vibe you know” Ryo said as Chou just gave him the weirdest look, “He might be a serial killer”

“Hahaha sure he is” Chou said getting off the bench.

“Come on he’s too mysterious, not even his parent’s can understand what’s going on in his head!” Ryo exclaimed

“That’s what you call MYSTERIOUS, it attracts girls” Chou said walking off as Ryo follow behind her.

“Sure it does.” Ryo said rolling his eyes. “Here Riyo told you to read this and memorize it, she’s already there dealing with that bastard” Ryo said as they got into the car,

“What did he do to you this time to make you call him bastard?” Chou asked as she buckles up,

“He wants me to help him find a way to cover up a murder that his damn son did. First he rape the girl and killed her” Ryo mumble

“Are you going to even help him?!”

“Well let’s see if you can finish him off for me then I won’t have to deal with him”

“So you’re saying that you want me and Riyo to help you suck him dried” Chou said slowly as an evil smile form on Ryo’s lips.

“Yes make him go dried with nothing and then I can reject him as a client” Ryo said as he started the car,

“You do know it will come with a price.” Chou said with an evil smile.

“You see this folder?” Ryo asked holding up a manila folder that was thick, “in here is all of Yesung’s history since the day he was born, even his first day in elementary up till maybe present time” Ryo said as Chou was ready to snatch it away. “If you get that bastard, you can have it” Ryo said putting it away in a case in the backseat.

“Fine deal!” Chou said shaking Ryo’s hand.

“Oh by the way, you’re disguise is in the backseat, change before you go in” Ryo said as he drove off.

Ryo stop the car at a golf club, “Okay we’re here.”

“You get out and no peeking!” Chou fussed,

“As if I ever want to peek at you, I want my eyesight you know” Ryo said got out as Chou went into the back pulling all the shade in the cars down and change, 15 minutes later she came out while Ryo was sitting at the bench on the other side eating McDonald.

“Where the hell did you get that?” Chou asked fixing her wig.

“By walking duh” Ryo answer with a smile

“I mean when you idiot” Chou said rolling her eyes.

“Uh when you spend like 15 minutes in there to get change” he said taking a bite from his big mac.

“I don’t see any McDonalds around here”

“Well if you were paying attention there was one” he said taking a sip of his shake.

“Whatever” she said sitting down next to him and took some fries.

“You’re suppose to be rich why are you eating fries?”

“What is it now illegal for rich people to eat McDonalds?” Chou asked as Ryo nodded yes

“Oh shut up” she said pushing him as she snatch his milkshake

“Hey that was mine! You’re getting it all germy now!” Ryo fussed as Chou ignore him

“Welp I gotta go in now bye!” Chou said skipping off.

“I swear…that girl needs to be taught some manners” Ryo mumble wiping the straw clean.

As Chou walk into the golf club, people turn toward her way and look. She ignores them and continue to walk till she saw Riyo sitting in front of Sinji Seido who seems to be in a happy mood, and a waiter came up to her.

“How may I help you?”

“I’m with my sister London to see Mr. Sinji Seido” Chou said as the waiter lead her to the area where they were sitting,

“I’m soooo sorry I’m late, daddy called and wanted me to read over some stuff” Chou said as she sat down, “oh waiter, I want a Hawaiian punch” she said as the waiter walk off.

“Ah Ms. Cassie, nice of you to join us. Mr. Roger Tashiro, how is he doing?” Seido asked as the waiter place Chou’s drink in front of her,

“He’s doing fine, business keeps on coming and coming. He’s looking for some new business to be involve with so he want us to go around and see who he can invest in” Cassie (Chou) replied taking a sip of her drink.

“Ah your sister and I have been talking about it and I was hoping to participate in one of your father projects”

“Ah we mention it to our father and he says he will see” Cassie (Chou) said with a smile.

They continue to talk for another half an hour, Seido then receive a call and had to end early due to some trouble. He then left as Riyo and Chou walk toward Ryo’s car and got in.

“So how was it?” Ryo asked.

“As always, greedy people are always easy to get manipulate.” Riyo said with a smile.

Ryo started the engine and drove off; he check in the rear mirror and around the car while driving to make sure nobody was following. When it was clear, he signals the girls who took off their sunglasses and wig.

“I hate wearing this stuff” Chou fussed as she threw the wig on the floor. “So Riyo you got the information?”

Riyo held up her pda with a smile, “Yep it was easy. He left it with his idiot secretary who was busy on the phone with her boyfriend”

“Sweet!” Chou said as she pokes Ryo, “The deal is still on right?”

“Once you complete the task, and I get my share, you will get what you want” Ryo said as Chou sat back in the seat.

Later in the night, Riyo got dress up in jeans and a black tank top with a black leather jacket. She took a look in the mirror and tried to smile, but she let out a sigh,

“Riyo, everything is going to be fine. Beside you’re not sure if the information is true yet. Just relax and enjoy the night”

She made her way downstairs and noticed Kaiyo was watching tv while Chou was flipping through a magazine.

“Hey I’m going out now, probably won’t be back pass midnight, so don’t wait for me” Riyo said putting on her shoes.

“Who are you going out with?” Chou asked looking up from the magazine

“Nobody you know, just a friend. Anyways I’m off to go meet up with him now, bye!!!” Riyo said as she grabs her purse and car keys and left.

“Did she say she’s going to meet up with him?” Chou asked.

“Yep, look like she found a new love interest after all” Kaiyo said as Chou just shrug.

“Gah so tired out from today, I’m going to go take a shower and head to bed. Goodnight!” Chou said walking upstairs.

Soon it became dead silence as Kaiyo noticed something on the counter. She walks over and noticed it was Riyo’s PDA, she took it and scroll through the dates and schedule. She then noticed the name she was looking for and sends it to her pda. She then places the PDA where it was and walks into her room as she locks it behind her.

Kaiyo then pick up her cellphone and dial the number,

“Hello?”

“Hey, I got what we need already. Do you want me to send it to you?” Kaiyo asked.

“Just keep it and tomorrow I’m going to your café so we can talk it over” Hideaki said

“Sure.”

“Great, I see you tomorrow then” Hideaki said hanging up.

“Hopefully after this mission I can finally stop” Kaiyo said hanging up as she sat down on her chair.

At the police station, the members were typing up their reports.

“Hey guys, I’m heading out now. Whenever you’re done with the reports, just put them on my desk. I read them tomorrow” Jin said as he fixes up his jacket.

“Date I assume?” Erika asked as Jin nodded.

“You know, I really hate dates” Keiichiro mumble as he snaps a pencil in half.

“Awww you don’t mean that” Aya said as Keiichiro ignore her and went out of the room.

“Anyways I see you guys tomorrow morning” Jin said walking out the room.

“What kind of inspector leaves before his subordinates?!” Hiro asked in an angry tone as he received a bunch of flying papers toward him. “WHO DID THAT?!?!”

But all he got was silence. He glares at each one and turns back to his computer and begins typing.

“I’m soooo tired and hungry!!!” Lillian said stretching at her desk.

“Then go get something to eat” Erika said without taking her eyes off the computer.

“I am, does anybody want anything at the cafeteria?” Lillian asked as they all handed her a list. “I didn’t literally mean it >.<”

She then made her way downstairs when she walks pass the lobby humming to herself but suddenly she stop when she heard a familiar voice yelling from distance.

“Omo it cannot be him…”

She then took a few steps back and turns her head toward the voice,

“I’m telling you I’m innocent!”

“Sure… you were just hanging at next to the car” the policeman said ignoring the guy in front of him

“I swear you people just spend time doing nonsense stuff instead of catching the real robbers” the guy fussed.

“LEE HONG KI WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO THIS TIME?!?!” Lillian yelled out loud causing everybody in the police station to look at her.

Chapter 6

Chou’s POV:

“You got to be kidding me?!?!” I yelled in my head as I stare at the woman walking toward the table.

“Sunny why are you here?” Yesung asked as she sat down in the chair opposite side of yesung and me

“I was here with my friends duh!” Sunny said as she looks over at me, “Why is this ugly girl here?” she asked giving me a disgusted look

“Ugly?!? I show you ugly…” I mumbled through my teeth as my hand turn into a fist.

“Sunny! That is no way you talk to my friend like that and why are you here? Aren’t you supposed to be leaving now?” Yesung asked as his tone turn serious. For second there I think I saw his face turn red or maybe it’s the light…

“Awww honey, don’t get mad” she whined as a waiter put down a cocktail in front of her.

If I were him, I probably just stab my ears to death after hearing the horrible whiney tone of hers.

“Sunny go home, I see you tomorrow” Yesung said as Sunny just sat there and pout.

Ha! In your face bitch!

“I gave the driver a call so he will take you home okay? I call you later tonight.”

“I’m not going to be home tonight, I’m hanging out with my friends.” Sunny said swirling her cocktail glass. “That reminds me, I have to fix my make up before I leave.” She said getting up but then she turns around and gave me this glare. Of course I glare back at her but I gave her a death glare.

She turns away and walks off toward the bathroom,

“Excuse me, I have to make a phone call” Yesung said getting up to go outside.

“Why god why?!?! First Ryo and now this bitch, do you hate me or something?” I asked in my head as I bang my head on the table.

Then I noticed people stare at me while I just pretend to look away. My eyes than stop at her glass, man do I wish I got some kind of poison to put in that glass to just kill her already.

I begin to thump my figures onto the table until my eyes landed on something. A smile appeared on my lips as I reach over to the small vase on the table with a single rose in it. I pour the water into the cocktail and stir it up a bit and place the vase back onto the table when I noticed she was coming back.

I took a snip of my drink as Yesung and her return to their seats.

“Yesungieeeee when is my ride going to come?” she asked as I rolled my eyes at her as she tug on Yesung jacket.

“He’s going to be here soon, just sit here and wait” Yesung said as she took the cocktail glass and took a large gulp of it down her throat.

I tried not to laugh as I looked away, as she made a weird face. Yesung look down at his watch and got up,

“He should be here right now, how about I take you out?” Yesung said as Sunny got up.

“Awww thank you honey!” she said giving him a kiss on the lip.

I swear…if we were not in a high class restaurant, this bitch is already on the floor. I can break her in half that instance too. That reminds me I need to make up a series of plans to destroy her.

I took out my pda and begin to type something in it as I ignore her clinging onto Yesung as they walk out the restaurant. 5 minutes later he returns as I just gave him a big smile.

“Are you up to something?” he asked as I just continue to just smile until our food came.

“So…you mention you have a friend that owns a café?” he asked.

“Yep, near the company too. I usually get my coffee there in the morning” I replied as I tried to cut through my steak.

Who the hell invented steak?!? It’s going to take me forever to cut through this crap! I look up at him and smile and continue to listen while still trying to cut through the damn meat.

“If I go there do I get a discount?” he asked with a smile.

I just love that smile of his…

“It’s on the house when you come. You are indeed my boss, how can I make you pay?”

Oh Kaiyo is gonna kill me when she knows I’m the one that is making her go broke.

“It’s your friend business after all, I don’t want to make her go bankrupt” he replied as he took a sip from his wine.

We sat there and talk for almost 15 minutes until his phone rang, he excuse himself as I order the dessert. He returns back with an unhappy face as he took out his wallet,

“I’m sorry to cut this short but I have to get going. Apparently Sunny is in the hospital”

“Oh my, what happen?” I asked pretending to be all shock.

“Don’t know but apparently she was having some stomach pain and been using the bathroom nonstop when she went to the club and they found her pass out in there too” Yesung replied as he called the waiter over and hand his credit card to him.

Of course you don’t know what happen. She totally deserved it. Too bad I wasn’t there to see her on the floor of the bathroom mwhaha.

“Anyways I’m sorry to leave you like this, will you be okay?” Yesung asked as I just nod to him.

“I will be fine, don’t worry. You should hurry, before she flips the hospital upside down looking for you” I said forcing a smile.

“Thanks for understand, I will make it up to you” Yesung said as he took his jacket and left.

The waiter return with the credit card as I took it from him, “Can I have the dessert for take out?” he nodded and walk off

Damn bitch always have to ruin my moment…

Back at club (police interrogating)

“Lillian, what do you want us to do with him?” one of the policemen asked Lillian who look toward the direction he was pointing at. The beaten up guy was sitting in the cop van looking around talking to himself as she rolled her eyes.

“I will take care of it, thanks” she said walking over to the guy.

“Madam, can I leave yet?”

“No, you haven’t given a statement yet”

“Statement for what?! I wasn’t even in the club when you people ransack it!”

“So? You were on the club property so it means you have to give a statement” Lillian said flipping the paper on the clipboard, “What’s your name?”

“….”

“I asked what your name is!” Lillian yelled smacking the clipboard in the back of his head.

“Gahh what the hell?!” he yelled holding the part where she smacked.

“Don’t make me put you in jail for 24 hours for not cooperating with the police”

“Fine, my name is Lee Hong Ki”

“Lee Hong Ki what were you doing at that club?”

“I’m there to get beaten up” Hong Ki said sarcastically as Lillian smack his head with her clipboard again.

“WTF was that for?!?”

“You being sarcastic, tell me the truth”

“I was there to find a friend who was the one that owe those people money and since I couldn’t find him they found me and taken me into the back. Are you happy now?” Hong Ki asked as Lillian wrote what he said down.

“Do you even know those people?”

“Try standing in the alley again and see if you can see those people” Hong Ki said rolling his eyes as Lillian glare at him.

“Do you come here often?”

“Madam, look at me, do I look like I come here often? Hong Ki asked rolling his eyes at her.

She looks at him and smirk, “Well you’re style seems pretty out dated and who the hell dye their hair orange? What are you trying to be an orangutan?” she asked as Hong Ki face turn solid red.

“I can report you to your inspector for insulting me”

“Well if you don’t believe me go look in the mirror yourself you orange monkey, anyways thank you for cooperating with the police, I dear hope to god I won’t have to see you ever again” Lillian said walking off with a big smile on her face while Hong Ki was left behind yelling at her nonstop

Chou was walking home by herself as she mumbles on and on how the day has to end like this. All sudden she twists her ankle and sat down on the curb.

“I hate you stupid heels!” she yelled taking them off rubbing her ankle. “When I don’t need a taxi there is a bunch and when I needed one there is none. God do you hate me or something?!?” she yelled as it started to rain.

“Great…”

She got up and begin limping when all sudden a car drove by splashing water on her, “WTF?!?! DO YOU SEE SOMEBODY WALKING HERE?!?!” she yelled as the car made a sudden stop

“Oh crap…I’m doom. I better start running before that car comes back and I’m dead. Worst…rape” she said to herself as she begin to walk faster, “god why did I have to twist my ankle at this moment?” she mumble walking faster.

The car then begin to reverse back as she tried to walk back down to the restaurant. The car made a sudden stop, the window pulled down and a head stuck out,

“WTF ARE YOU WALKING IN THE RAIN FOR?!?!”

“Omo, I know that voice!” she turns around to see Ryo’s head sticking out the window. “RYO!!!”

“I thought you were eating with your hot boss” Ryo asked as I tried to get into the car.

“Let me in first”

“Hell no, you’re soak and wet, I’m not letting you into the car like that. You’re going to ruin my beautiful car.”

“Don’t make me scream you’re a rapist”

“Well I can always drive off you know” Ryo said rolling his eyes.

“Fine, I tell Kaiyo and Tackey” Chou said with a smile as Ryo glare at her.

“Just stand there and let me find something to cover the chair” Ryo mumble as he reached into the backseat and found a trash bag. He then covers the chair with it and unlocks the door so Chou can get in.

“Finally so warm air” Chou said leaning back on the chair.

“So why are you walking in the rain, holding a take out bag and your shoes?” Ryo asked as he begins to drive.

“Well Yesung had to go to the hospital because his stupid fiancée got some stomach pain. So he couldn’t take me home”

“He’s rich; he should have gotten you a taxi before leaving.”

“Don’t know…”

“You see, he’s not worth trying to get. He’s an idiot himself. When Kaiyo sees you like this she’s gonna flip out” Ryo said.

“Just say I forgot my umbrella.”

“How’s your leg?” Ryo asked.

“Wow you actually learn how to care for others instead of yourself” Chou said sarcastically.

“Hey, I’m not the one gonna be limping tomorrow” Ryo said as Chou face change. “You know all sudden his fiancée got a stomach ache, you and him were at the high class restaurant…I bet you did something”

“I so did not!” Chou defended herself.

“Really? Its not like you to take advantage of the situation when you see one”

“Stop saying I’m a bad person because I am not”

“Oh please, when we were in elementary, you would bully me into giving you my chocolate pudding” Ryo said rolling his eyes as Chou look outside the window.

“And then I get in trouble by Tackey and Kaiyo for stealing it from you” Chou mumble.

“Those were the good times, but my point is your evil and you done something evil to that girl” Ryo replied.

“So what? She deserved it”

“Seeeee I knew you did something so what did you do and what did she do?”

“She was being all whiney and stuff and go on my nerve so I pour something into her drink” Chou said slowly.

“What laxative?”

“Even better, though I wished I brought some with me…anyways I used the vase on the table” Chou said with a big smile on her face.

“You mean the water from the vase that had flowers in it?” Ryo asked as he stop the car at the red stoplight

“Yep, yep”

“Oh boy she’s gonna be in the hospital for a while and that means you won’t see your precious Yesungie” Ryo said with a smirk as Chou smack her hand on her face.

“I didn’t think of that, but from what I observe so far he’s gonna not stick around her. I mean when she whine he looks like he just want to shut her up” Chou said as Ryo shook his head,

“Oh I forgot to mention to you that even though he was arranged to marry her, it was the parent’s idea not his. He never liked her, more like hate her. That is why he tries to avoid her but she clings onto him” Ryo said as Chou stare at him.

“NOW YOU TELL ME THAT?!?!” Chou yelled.

“I forgot” Ryo said with a smirk as Chou glare at him.

“Oh that’s it I’m taking you down with this car too” Chou said as she was about to choke him.

“Hey, hey I was nice enough to tell you that information already and you want to kill me?!” Ryo asked

“You told me too late, I could have done a lot of stuff for him to like me already!”

“He must be blind then”

“WHAT?!”

“Clients confidential” Ryo said with a smirk as the light turn green he begins to drive.

“Whoa, whoa you’re saying her family is your client?”

“Not really…more like Yesung’s family is my client…oops I should not have said that”

Chou stare at him with her eyes open wide as Ryo pretend not to notice it.

“WHAT?! NOW YOU TELL ME THAT IMPORTANT INFORMATION?!?!”

“Oh lookie, you’re home. Goodbye now” Ryo said as he unlocks the door.

“I’m not leaving until you tell me what I want to know”

“Its client confidential. Beside, you can do most of the stalking yourself. I have a busy day tomorrow.”

“Come on oniichan…………….”

“Aww you’re calling me oniichan. NO”

“Please?”

“Go inside now”

“Pretty please?!”

Then a car pulled up next to theirs as Kaiyo walk out with Hideaki holding the umbrella next to her.

“Hi niichan and aniki” Ryo said pulling down the window.

“Why are you two in the same car and Chou saying please?” Kaiyo asked.

“She’s asking me to take her tomorrow morning” Ryo said as Chou just smile.

“She must be sick or something, she hates driving with you” Kaiyo said as Ryo shrug.

“I will get you tomorrow” Chou mumbles under her breath. “Alrighty, I see you tomorrow morning Ryo-chan”

“Don’t ever call me that” Ryo said shivering as Chou got out the car running inside the house.

“Why is she wet?” Hideaki asked as Ryo shrug. “Nice to see you two again. Gotta go home to take care of some files” Ryo said backing out the car.

“I swear I can never understand them” Kaiyo said as Hideaki walk her to the door, “Thanks for the ride and I see you soon” Kaiyo said as Hideaki nod his head.

“Yeah soon”

Kaiyo walks into the house as she watches Hideaki walk to his car and drove off.

“So…Tackey kun giving you a ride home eh?” Chou asked out of nowhere.

Kaiyo closed the door as she took off her shoes, “He’s just being nice and all”

“I see that. So…what did you guys talk about?” Chou asked.

“Nothing just random stuff. You should go take a hot shower or something, I make you hot chocolate”

“Awww come on tell”

“No, go shower before you get sick” Kaiyo said as she walks into the kitchen while Chou follow behind.

“I will figure it out sooner or later” Chou proclaim as Riyo walk into the kitchen,

“You guys make so much noise when you come home, I can’t even sleep!”

“You sleep at this hour?!” Kaiyo and Chou asked looking at her weirdly.

“Yes, I need my sleep because tomorrow we’re meeting up with that pervert” Riyo said as she grab a water bottle from the refrigerator.

“awwww now my day is ruin” Chou mumble.

“Yeah he wants to meet up with us around 3 in the afternoon, can you make it?” Riyo asked Chou who was sitting on the counter top.

“I can get out so I meet up with you” Chou said as Kaiyo handed her a cup of hot chocolate.

“Good, then we will go over what we need to do for tomorrow and call Ryo too. We need his help”

“Great him again” Chou mumble as she jumps off the counter top and follow Riyo out of the kitchen.

Riyo walk into her room as she sat on her bed. She turns on the tv and flips the channel while one eye looking at her cellphone.

“Should I call him or not?” Riyo asked herself as she looks at the cellphone. She then put it back down when it suddenly rang.

She looks at it and his name was on it, she flips it open and answer, “Hello?”

“Hey, sorry for calling you this late, I’m not bothering you am I?”

“No you’re not, I’m just watching tv” Riyo replied.

“Yeah we had to work late tonight so that’s why I call you this late. I was wondering are you free tomorrow night?”

“Tomorrow night?”

“Yeah, I heard there’s a festival going on so I was wondering if you want to hang out tomorrow night” Jin asked.

“Sure, what time?”

“Around 7 if that’s okay with you”

“Sure, where do you want to meet at?” Riyo asked.

“Maybe at the café shop we met?” Jin asked.

“Great I meet you there”

“Okay, I won’t bother you anymore. Goodnight!”

“Goodnight”

As the both hang up, Riyo got up and jump up and down. It has been a while she felt this way.

“What should I wear tomorrow?” Riyo asked as she opens her closet but then her cellphone beep.

She walks over to the phone and flips it open to find a text message. She opens the text and read what was inside. She fell onto the bed after reading the message,

“It can’t be…is he really coming back?” she whispered as her hands tighten on the phone.

Chapter 5:

“AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!”

Chou burst into the room holding a tennis racket in her hand, “What happen? Are you okay Riyo?!?” Chou asked as Riyo turn on the lamp next to her sitting up straight.

“Yeah I’m fine just got a nightmare”

“Phew…for a second there I though somebody broke in” Chou said lowering the racket.

“Wow you’re going to protect me with a tennis racket? I am very flatter” Riyo said sarcastically.

“What? A tennis racket can do a lot of more damage then you can image” Chou said waving her racket around until she smack Kaiyo in the head.

“Yah! Watch where you swing that thing!” Kaiyo fuss rubbing her head as Chou lower the racket and smile.

“Sorry :D”

“Why are you in here Kaiyo?”

“I heard screaming so I came in here what else would I be doing up?” Kaiyo asked looking at them both weirdly.

“And you brought nothing to protect yourself??? What happen if it was a robber or some illegal immigrant breaking in?!?!”

“Well if somebody broke in, the alarm system will go off duh and I would hear some loud crashes”

“Oh yeah…totally forgot we got an alarm system. Welp off to bed, I need to look extra awesome tomorrow. My first day at work!” Chou said running off as Kaiyo look at Riyo,

“Are you okay?”

“Yeah I’m fine, I’m just going downstairs to get a cup of milk, probably that will help me a bit” Riyo said putting on her slippers and grab her nightrobe.

“Alright, get some sleep. I’m heading back to bed, going to be a busy day tomorrow” Kaiyo said as Riyo walk downstairs.

She places the cup of milk into the microwave and watches it spin around while she daze off staring at it.

Sudden a flash appear in her mind and red was everywhere and loud gunshots was heard. The microwave beeps loudly as she woke up from those flashing images in her head.

“These images keep on getting worst each day and too real…” Riyo mumble taking the cup of milk out of the microwave.

The next morning, Kaiyo was in the kitchen making breakfast as Chou ran downstairs,

“What do you think of this outfit?” Chou asked spinning around.

“This is the 20th outfit you tried out. For crying out loud please chose one” Riyo plead as Chou just smile.

“Come on Riyo, help me choose! This is my first day at work I want to look nice!” Chou said as Riyo bang her head on the table.

“Fine, I got with the 5th outfit, makes you look more mature and a business woman” Riyo finally replied and when she look up Chou was gone.

Kaiyo place a plate of eggs, bacon and bread in front of Riyo, “Eat up, you have a full day of planning to do”

“Arg…don’t remind me” Riyo said smacking her head onto the table again. Chou finally chose and outfit and rush downstairs, “Tah dah! I look like a business woman”

“Finally! Now sit and eat, and today for lunch just drop by my place to eat” Kaiyo said eating her bread as Chou begin to eat,

“Uh…neechan, how come there is an extra plate?” Chou asked noticing another extra plate on the table.

“For somebody very special…” Kaiyo replied when she noticed a car pulled into the driveway. “And that person has finally arrived!”

She got up and opens the door,

“Good morning Kaiyo! The smell of bacon and eggs in the morning is making me hungry! ” Ryo exclaimed as Chou drop her bread.

“NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!” Chou screamed

“May I should record this moment and put it in slow motion” Riyo said laughing as she ate a piece of bacon.

“NOT YOU AGAIN!!! MY PERFECT MORNING RUIIINNNNNN!!!!”

“Well good morning to you too” Ryo said sitting down at the table.

“You’re out to get me right?! Right?!?!? What have I ever done to you? Why must you torture me like this…” Chou said as she slams her head onto the table pretending to cry.

“Oh cut the dramatic scene, he’s going to drive you today. I have to get to the café shop to do some inventory so I trust him to drop you off at work” Kaiyo said.

“Why can’t Riyo take me?”

“Because she’s going to help me, beside Ryo’s office is near that area. He can take you to work, take you to lunch and pick you up!” Kaiyo said as Chou looks as if she wanted to faint while Ryo was trying not to laugh.

“Awww don’t they make a cute couple?!?” Riyo said with a big smile as Ryo and Chou made a disgusting face.

“I rather become a monk instead of dating her” Ryo said as Chou threw bread at him.

“Okay, you two stop it. Today for lunch just drop by my place, I will make your favorite food as a celebration” Kaiyo said as both Ryo and Chou hug Kaiyo.

“Alrighty finish up eating and off to work!” Riyo said excitedly.

Ryo stop the car in front of a tall building where people walk in and out. “Well good luck”

“For some reason I feel uneasy now can you take me home?” Chou asked not wanting to leave the car.

“Well you wanted this job in the first place”

“Well a hot guy offer a job what did you expect for me to say?” Chou asked as Ryo shrug.

“Come on, just give him a call and he will come out and meet up with you and everything will go smoothly.”

“But…”

“I say get out now because I’m going to be late for an important meeting” Ryo said opening the passenger door and unbuckle Chou’s seat and pushing her out the door.

“Hey that’s rude!”

“Well I don’t care. I see you during lunch time bye!” Ryo said closing the door and speed off.

“Gah…what should I do now?” Chou mumbles to herself as she flip her phone open and dial his number. After 2 rings a voice came up,

“Hello?”

“Hey it’s me, Chou, I’m in front of your company building” Chou said nervously.

“I noticed.”

“huh?”

“I’m behind you by the way you look nice” Yesung said approaching her closing his cellphone.

She turn around as he approach her, “Thanks it has been a while I wore anything like this so I’m not use to it”

“Ah don’t worry you will. Shall we go in?” Yesung asked walking in the building before her.

Time passes by slowly and soon it was 1’o clock. Kaiyo finished cooking lunch as Riyo sat at the table looking out the window again. Soon Ryo and Chou walk into the café shop arguing once again,

“Sheesh you had nonstop talk about Yesung and your table in front of his office for the pass10 minutes” Ryo fussed as Chou ignore him.

“It’s my first office job you should be happy that I shared some information with you” Chou said walking off as Ryo made faces behind her.

“It seems like office job is perfect for you instead of modeling” Riyo said taking a sip of her ice mocha.

“Well for other jobs I don’t know but this one is totally perfect! Just that I need to improve on my coffee making…”

“Kaiyo opens a coffee house and you did not learn anything from her?” Ryo asked trying not to snicker.

“It doesn’t mean I inherit anything from it” Chou said rolling her eyes as Kaiyo came placing food in front of them. “Wahhh this is going to be an awesome lunch though Yesung did offer to take me to lunch today until that bitch called =.=”

“hahaha you barely met him 2 times and now your fighting against his fiancée whom he knew since 5 years ago” Ryo said digging into his pasta. “Wahhh neechan your pasta is awesome!!”

“You’re a pig you know that…” Chou said as Riyo stuff bread into her mouth before she said anything further.

“And you say I’m a pig” Ryo said eating a bread. “So have you contact that man yet?”

“Nope, I’m gonna call him tomorrow. Make him wait another, he’s probably at the edge of his seat now” Riyo said snickering she ate her food.

“Anybody wants to hear about my day at work today?!?” Chou said excitedly.

“No! Nobody here wants to hear about it. You work only 5 hours so far and you have been blabbing nonstop!” Ryo fussed as Chou threw bread at him.

“You know Ryo that isn’t a good way to talk to a girl” the guy behind him said as the others turn around.

“Tackey-kun!!” Chou and Riyo said as they ran up to give him a hug.

“You’re always on their side” Ryo said as he moved over a seat so Hideaki could sit down.

“So why are you here?” Chou asked him.

“It’s it pretty obvious?” Riyo said giving Chou a look as she nod her head slowly.

“Haha never mind ignore that question”

“You’re that slow and you still got that job, lets see how long you last” Ryo said as Chou kicked him underneath the table.

“You little…”

“Little what? You know Tackey is right next to you” Chou said as Ryo rub his leg.

“I will let you go this time because Tackey can beat me up but the next time when he’s not around, you’re mine” Ryo said through his teeth as Chou had a victory face on.

“Here you go” Kaiyo said placing a cup of coffee in front of Hideaki.

“Smells good already” Hideaki said taking a sip as Riyo and Chou laugh quietly as Kaiyo look at them strangely.

Soon Jin and his team members walk into the café,

“Yo Kaiyo, that dude is after you again” Riyo said pointing toward the other direction as Kaiyo slump down on her seat.

“Pretend I don’t even exist” Kaiyo mumble as the others look at her.

“Let me fill you in, that short dude who just sat down is trying to ask our Kaiyo out but she turn him down so many times every time he flirts with her but he still is going after her” Riyo said.

“I have to applaud him for still going after you after you rejected him” Ryo said laughing as Kaiyo smack him on the arm.

“Hey why is that other dude staring at you Riyo?” Chou asked as she noticed Jin looking toward Riyo direction.

“A friend” Riyo replied as she wave at Jin who wave back at her.

“Let me go serve them, be back” Kaiyo mumble as she got up from her seat as Hideaki watches her leave.

“How long have this been going on?” Hideaki asked

“Uh… 2 years now I guess” Riyo replied.

“Whoa that guy sure has a strong will” Ryo said as Chou nodded her head.

“Yeah but Kaiyo hate his guts to death. If there was somebody here pretending to be her boyfriend, now that’s a different story” Riyo said as she look at Hideaki who just stare into his cup of coffee. All of sudden he got up and left the shop,

“What did you hint to him?” Chou asked as Riyo just put on a smile.

“Hi, welcome to the shop what do you want to order?” Kaiyo said in a dull tone.

When they were done, Kaiyo left with their order.

“No wonder you like to drink coffee from here” Lillian teased as Keiichiro blushed.

“The owner herself is hot” Hayami said as Keiichiro gave him a death glare.

“Hot is not the word for you to call her except our Keiichiro here” Aya said with a smile hugging him.

“Hey Tackey is back” Chou said looking toward the front door.

“And this time with flowers” Ryo said with a huge grin on his face.

They all focus toward Hideaki direction hoping to see a drama. Kaiyo came out with their orders and when she turns around and flowers was in front of her. She noticed who was behind it.

“I’m back” Hideaki said with a smile as Kaiyo look at him and finally understood what was going on.

“Yeah two years late” Kaiyo said pretending to walk away.

“I know I should have come back earlier but business was just coming at me and I had no choice.”

“You always say that.”

“I do, but this time I’m staying here for real. I’m done with all the business outside and now I’m back here. I promise you I won’t leave you” Hideaki said with a smile as Kaiyo hug him tightly.

“Omg look at that dude’s face! I think he’s about to cry!!” Ryo said as Riyo and Chou begin to feel sorry for him.

“Kaiyo this is?” Keiichiro said with a brave face on.

“He’s my boyfriend…”

“Actually fiancée, we were about to get marry before I left for my business but we had to postpone it. Since the company asked me to come back, our marriage is probably back on right?” Hideaki asked with a smile.

“Maybe, you left for two years, I probably reconsider it” Kaiyo said as Hideaki hug her from behind.

“I’m not feeling to well, I’m gonna head back to work now” Keiichiro said taking the cup of coffee and walk out the door.

“We should go after him, nice meeting you” Aya and Lillian said as they ran after Keiichiro.

Jin got up and walks over to Riyo’s table,

“Hey.”

“Hi, nice to see you here, did something happen?” Riyo asked looking at him.

“Oh, just a subordinate got his heart broken after finding out your friend here is engage” Jin said as Riyo smile.

“So sorry about that, she intends to hide her relationship well. Now that her fiancée is back, then well you get the picture.” Riyo said as Jin nod his head.

“Well I should head back; I was wondering do you have some free time anytime soon?”

“Why?”

“I want a tourist guide. It has been a while I came back here so you know I need somebody to show me around” Jin replied.

“Sure, I give you a call when I check my schedule” Riyo said.

“Thanks, I’m going now nice to see you again” Jin said leaving the shop.

“I noticed he did not even know me and Ryo was here. It was like we were invisible” Chou said.

“Well he only has an eye for Riyo obviously we are not his type” Ryo said.

“He doesn’t like me. We only met once and well he’s new to this country. I should help out”

“You help pshhhh” Chou and Ryo said together as Riyo ignore them.

“You basically want to go after him like me going after Yesung” Chou said.

“No, he’s not my type”

“Yeah sure…” Ryo commented.

“Whatever I’m not going to argue with you two anymore, just finish eating and go back to work” Riyo said leaving the table.

“Did we just piss her off?” Ryo asked

“Maybe but I know her, she’s after him” Chou said as Ryo just shrug.

“Thanks Tackey” Kaiyo said.

“No problem, since you treated me a cup of coffee that’s what I can do to repay you”

“Looks like I owe you again”

“Haha maybe, I write it down. Here keep the flowers” Hideaki said handing her the flowers.

“How did you know I like white lilies?”

“We have been partners for a while of course I know” Hideaki replied.

“Thanks again” Kaiyo said walking to her office.

“Welp, I’m done. Are you done?” Ryo asked.

“I don’t eat like you. I take my time”

“Okay then, find a new ride then” Ryo said getting up and fix his suit.

“What?! That is so unfair!” Chou said stuffing whatever was on her plate.

“Hey, who asked you to eat slow like a turtle? Thanks neechan for the meal!!” Ryo yelled as he ran out the door.

“Thanks nee…” Chou yelled with her stuff mouth running out the door after Ryo.

“What was that?” Kaiyo asked appearing out the door.

“She stuff food into her mouth and ran off. Ryo threaten her if she doesn’t finish fast, he will leave her behind” Hideaki said.

“That trick always work” Kaiyo said.

“Should we discuss about that now?” Hideaki asked.

“Sure, come into the office and let me settle some stuff” Kaiyo said as she walks out as Hideaki walk into the office.

Back at the office, Chou sat at her desk typing when Yesung and his fiancée appeared.

“Come on oniichan, why can’t you get me that diamond necklace??” Sunny whined.

“It’s because you have a lot already. I don’t see what the use of buying that much necklace?”

“I can’t re wear those necklaces again! You know I have a reputation here?”

“Then learn not to be a brat” Yesung said as he walk into his office, “Hey Chou can you get me the files from level four and a cup of coffee” Yesung asked.

“Yes Mr. Kim” Chou said with a smile as he walks into his office.

“So who are you know?” Sunny asked rudely.

“I’m his new secretary and who are you?” Chou asked giving her this nasty look.

“I’m his fiancée”

“She’s soooo stupid,” Chou said in her head, “Whatever, I need to get some files for Mr. Kim can you move out the way are you too slow for that?” Chou asked.

“Whatever, I have an appointment to do my face tell Yesung I will call him later” Sunny said as she walked off

“I can always fix your face for free” Chou said with a huge smile as she walk off.

When she return with the files and a cup of coffee she knocks and waited for him to answer.

“Come in”

She walks into his office and place everything on the table,

“Thank you so much Chou, are we still celebrating tonight?”

“Sure where are we eating at?” Chou asked.
“I already reserve a place at French Rose”

“Wait that’s a 5 star restaurant and it’s gonna be expensive” Chou gasped.

“I own 10% of the place so I think the payment will be different” Yesung said with a smile.

“As you say so” Chou said.

“Great, when we are done with work we will go together”

“Okay, I will go outside and finish up my work then” Chou said excusing herself. When she sat down at her table she keeps on having a huge grin on her face, “I gotta text Riyo about this!”

She sat and begins texting, “My life is now heading toward a new light”

Back at the police station…

“God! Why is this computer giving me all this stupid trouble!” Keiichiro yelled at the computer.

“Why is he so moody ever since you got back?” Miro asked

“Its pretty obvious that it’s a girl problem” Erika said looking at Keiichiro who’s now typing hard on his keyboard.

“Yeah, after coming back from the coffee place he has been like that…what happen?” Miro asked.

“Well you see…he likes the coffee shop owner who by the way is really pretty. He liked her two years and was about to ask her out again when…” Lillian said to take a gasp of air.

“And when what?” Miro and Erika asked the same time,

“Oh I know! She told him she’s a lesbian!” Miro said happily.

“Uh no” Lillian said rolling her eyes at him,

“Fine…she’s married!”

“Not that worst but close…her fiancée came back and surprise at her at the shop. He was sent on business by the company for two years and now he’s back so our Keiichiro is heartbroken” Lillian said.

“No wonder our guy is heartbroken.” Miro said.

“Well we try to warn him so this could be a lesson for him” Erika said going back to work.

Jin walks out of his office and clear his throat,

“Drop any plans you have for tonight.”

“Why?” all of them asked.

“We are requested to join a police raid at a few clubs that are suspect of having illegal drugs”

“Same old crap again” Hayami said.

“How many clubs to be exact?” Erika asked.

“The supervisor said about 5 at least” Jin replied, “So let’s go down to the meeting room where they will give out more information”

The whole team then tagged behind him into the big meeting room a few floors down.

As the police raid in different clubs, they were finally down to the last one. They busted into the club and made them turn on the lights. They search through ids and behind the counter and rooms for drugs and found a few things.

“Lillian, why don’t you go check out in the back and bring some men” Jin said as he was talking to the owner.

Lillian and two policemen walk toward the back when they heard some noises. They withdraw their guns and slowly approach the corner, there she saw a guy getting beaten up by 3 men.

“So are you going to tell us where is he?!?” one of them yelled pinning the beaten up guy to the wall.

“I told you I don’t know where he is! He just come and go in the apartment I don’t always keep track of him!” he yelled back as they continue to beat him up.

Right then she saw a shiny object in one of the three men hand and was about to head toward the beaten up guy chest when she appeared out from the corner,

“Police! Put that man down now and step away!” Lillian yelled pointing the gun at them.

The three men threw the beaten man aside as they slowly approach her,

“I command you to stop right there or else I will shoot!” Lillian said as they slowly back down after seeing two cops behind her.

“You’re lucky this time bastard, a lady copy just save your ass. Next time it won’t be that easy, so tell your friend he better appear with the money or else you know what happen after that” one of them said throwing the cigarette at the guy on the floor and ran off with the other two.

Lillian place back the gun where it belong and ran over to the guy,

“Are you okay?” she asked him.

“I swear women are not only nosy but they are a pain in the ass” the guy said.

“I just save your ass you know”

“Well I don’t need a police woman to save me” the guy said.

“Fine, boys take this gentlemen here to the van, we have some questioning to do” Lillian said as the cops held onto both of his arms and pulled him away.

Chou and Yesung enters into a restaurant where they were seated immediately,

“So what do you think?” Yesung asked.

“Really classy like in the magazine said” Chou said as Yesung order his food, while Chou looks at the menu and order.

“So why are we sitting at a 4 person table?”

“We were overbooked as you can see mostly couples come here so we have to use this table for now” Yesung said as he tasted his wine.

“I see...” Chou said.

“So tell me about yourself” Yesung said as he begin playing with his napkin,

“I’m an orphan, by the age of 18 left the place and is now I’m living with two of my friends. One owns a coffee shop while the other one helps out” Chou replied.
“Oh sorry about your past, didn’t mean to bring it up all sudden” Yesung said sadly.

“Nah its okay, my childhood was not that sad, so tell me more about you” Chou said.

“Well you already know who I …own a business is pretty tough but my dad brought me into the business so yeah…” and before he could finish a voice appeared from behind him.

“Kim Yesung!”

“You got to be kidding me?!?” Chou said to herself staring at the person behind Yesung.

Chapter 4

“It’s you…” he repeated again as Chou just smile and slowly walk backward.

“You’re that girl…”

“What a nice surprise to see you here…” Chou said slowly trying to swallow what was left in her mouth.

“You’re the suicidal girl!” He said loudly causing a few people around her to look at her.

“Shhhh!! What you want the whole world to know I’m suicidal and I have a name for goodness sake” Chou said covering his mouth.

“But you tried to suicide and I don’t even know your name” he said as she let go of his mouth.

“Yes I tried to suicide but your words inspire me so much I decide to live a happy, life” Chou said with a big smile on her face.

“Really? I’m glad I help a person in need. I’m Kim Yesung”

“I know…” Chou said when she noticed his weird face, “I mean I found your wallet which had your name in it and you left so I couldn’t give it back to you. But I’m sooo sorry, when I was about to turn it to the lost and found, a big, big man stole it and I chase after it and when I finally caught up with him he threw me the wallet and all your cash was gone! I’m soooo sorry!!” Chou said covering her face with her hand pretending to cry.

“Ah don’t worry about it; I’m not worrying about the cash, just my license and my associates business cards. I was suppose to call one of them tomorrow and I practically panic when I couldn’t find his number”

Chou removes her hand from her face and look at him, “So you’re saying if that robber took your credit card…you don’t even care?”

“Not really…should I?”

“What happens if he max it out?”

“Well most of them are expired and one or two I sorta max out…so its no use” Yesung replied.

“Seriously? You carry expire credit cards with you?” Chou asked with a wtf face.

“Well most of the stores I go to, knows who I am and they just put it under my name and my company pays for it. Beside I own the company…so it’s a win-win situation” Yesung replied as Chou stare at him in disbelief eyes.

“Wait…you own a company?”

“Yeah…mostly investment but you know those new mp3 players those teenagers carry? Yeah I created that and several games”

“Whoa I did not know I got save by a man who is so creative!” Chou said with excitement in her tone.

“Haha I’m not creative, by the way I never got a chance to know your name yet” Yesung said with a huge smile.

“My name is Chou Ishikawa.” She said shaking his hand.

“Chou really unique name” he said with a smile, “So what are you doing here?”

“Uh… well you see… my cousin sees how depress I was so he wanted to cheer me up by bringing me to social party you know…meet new people.” Chou said lying through her teeth.

“Ah that’s nice of your cousin. Where do you work?”

“That you see…I quitted my old job as a fashion model…so now I’m currently unemployed” Chou said sadly.

“You know what, my secretary just left and I need a new one… are you good with computer and taking notes and keeping up with meetings?” Yesung asked

“Omg really you’re offering me a job?!?” Chou squeal as Yesung nods his head. “Ahhh that is so nice of you! Do I have to do an interview?”

“That’s okay; I personally hired you so I just tell the human resources department. You can come in tomorrow right?”

“Yes I can. Do I give you a call if I arrive?” Chou asked excitedly.

“Sure, here is my cellphone when you get to the building and go inside and give me a call.” Yesung replied handing her his business card with his phone number behind it.

“Here is my number. Thank you so much for the job offer.” Chou said with a big smile as Ryo approach behind her.

“Hey who are you talking too?” Ryo asked through his teeth.

“This is Kim Yesung, he just offer me a job at his company” Chou said, “And Yesung this is my lousy cousin Ryo who is a lawyer” she said smacking his back hard

“Hi nice to meet you, it’s nice of you to take your cousin to these occasion. She really would need a lot of help getting back up on her feet and stop thinking about suicide” Yesung said as Ryo look over at Chou with the wtf look on his face.

“Yeah…she really needs help you know. She’s just too depressing these days. I’m glad I can help her back on her feet!” Ryo said hugging Chou who was next to him tightly like she was a stuff penguin.

“That’s awesome, anyways I have to go. I have a lot of business people to talk to.” Yesung said leaving as Chou wave goodbye.

“Suicide?”

“What? I was working and well he was there and save me and now I just got a job offer at an awesome place with a hot boss” Chou said waving the business card in front of Ryo who smack her in the head.

“Do you know who you were dealing with? He’s Kim Yesung, currently engage to a girl name Sunny”

“If you weren’t too depressed and all suicidal you would know. It’s plastered all over the newspaper.” Ryo said as Chou stuck her tongue at him.

“It was an act okay sheesh don’t need to rub those words in my face all the time. You make me look like I’m emo or something” Chou mumbles covering half her face from people

“Whatever you’re emo anyways…Ah look there’s his fiancée” Ryo said pointing Chou the girl who was sitting at the dinner table texting and then fixing her hair in a small mirror.

“She’s so superficial. I’m better than her”

“You sound like you have a lot of confidence in yourself” Ryo said taking a sip of his wine.

“Not confidence but a lot of how you say… courage and guts? I mean come on look at her! I can break that girl into half in a second!”

“Hahaha sureeeeee you can” Ryo said trying not to laugh so hard.

“Watch me, I will ruin her, I tell you ruin her!!” Chou said shaking her fist at the girl who was now putting on lip gloss.

“Should I even tell him my real name?” she questioned herself as she took a look at him.

“Are you okay? You seem to look sick?” Jin asked as Riyo shook her head.

“Sorry maybe the wine just got to my head I’ll be alright” Riyo said with a small smile.

“I’m sorry to approach you like that, usually I would try to avoid it but this time I really wanted to ask you” Jin said as she just look at him.

“My name is Riyo, I think your friend probably won’t have the same name as me right?”

“Actually no…but your eyes remind me of her so much” Jin replied as he felt a relief after finding out she wasn’t the one he was looking for.

“Ah I see…you also look similar to a friend of mines to but he left a while ago. Maybe he’s married by now” Riyo said as she begin to walk as Jin did the same.

“Why give up so easily?”

“Because my hope died when he stops returning my mails” Riyo said as she stops and look at him.

“Why not go find him and face him to know the truth?” Jin asked.

“I’m afraid I guess…I got hurt so many times and I just don’t want to face it. What happen if I appear in front of his house and his wife opens the door? It will kill my heart” Riyo replied as Jin nods his head.

“I understand. I was wondering the same thing with that friend of mines…maybe by now she’s living a different life and don’t want to see me again.”

“haha I guess we both are in the same situation” Riyo said letting out a light laugh hoping to get rid of their unhappiness.

“Haha yeah…so why are you here?”

“Business and you?”

“Well my supervisor wanted the whole team to come for some stupid reason” Jin replied.

“You’re a cop?”

“Yeah…why I don’t look like one?” Jin asked looking at his outfit.

“Haha not really more like a son of a business man who is out here trying to escape from the girls” Riyo said as Jin begins to blush.

“I wish I can be rich, I just got transfer here from the states, so I’m trying to adjust to stuff that is really new to me”

“Don’t worry everything here is the same as the states just its on the other side of the world…” Riyo mumble as she tries to figure out what she just said.

“Hahaha don’t worry I understand” Jin said as they stop before walking into the mansion.

“Well I should get back in there to finish my business and you should be doing your job before your supervisor catches you talking to a girl” Riyo teased Jin as he ruffle his hair.

“Alright, it’s really nice to meet you Riyo.” Jin said as he wrote down his phone number on a piece of napkin, “When you are bored or something, just give me a call well not in the daytime since I’m working”

“Here is my number, sometimes I put it on vibrate so I won’t hear it but I will call you back” Riyo said handing him her number on a napkin.

“Great I just made some more new friends in Japan” Jin said with a smile as Riyo walk in turning around waving bye to him and disappear into the crowd.

“She’s not Rika…but so much alike.” Jin whispered as he went the other direction into the crowd.

“Hey Ryo, are we done yet” Riyo asked when she found Ryo and Chou arguing at the food table.

“Well I should ask you that question since you wanted to be here.” Ryo replied as he stuffed the crab cake into his mouth

“Well everything seems to go as planned. That nasty perverted man is staring at me again…” Riyo replied trying not to look at Sinji Seido.

“And I got a new job!” Chou said with excitement as Riyo got all confuse and lost. “I fill you in when we get home” Chou said as Ryo begin to head toward the exit when all sudden he bump into the lady in front of him who was trying to get a napkin that was stuck on her heels.

“Sorry” Erika mumbled as she finally got the paper off. “Stupid heels”

Ryo looked at the lady in front of him; he stared at her until she gave him this weird look.

“What are you looking at you perv?!” Erika exclaimed as Ryo just back down.

“Sheesh you just remind me of close friend of mines that’s why I look at you. You’re not that hot, I seen ones better than you” Ryo said as she got her hand in a fist.

“You little bastard…”

“Ah Erika no violence in front of our b-o-s-s…he’s just a few feet away from you” Aya said.

“You’re lucky this time pervert” Erika said as Aya drag her away.

“Whoa Ryo pissing off a girl…first time” Chou said clapping her hands as Ryo rolled his eyes and begin to walk while the two girls were behind him.

“Ah Ms. London and Cassie, leaving so soon?” Sinji Seido said whom appeared out of nowhere behind them.

“Ah yes, we have to wake up early to do some business so that’s why we’re going back to our hotel to have a good rest. Thank you for a wonderful party” London (Riyo) said walking out the door.

“Yeah…whatever my sis said we will see you around if we need something” Cassie (Chou) said as Ryo excuse himself leaving the mansion.

“Bob, we got to do business with them.” Seido said to his personal secretary.

“Why sir?”

“Because they are the daughters of a powerful businessman in the states” he replied as his secretary type it into his blackberry.

The drive home was quite until Ryo spoke up, “Yah I told that creep that you and I used to date”

“WHAT?!?!? ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!?!” Chou yelled as she begins to choke Ryo who was driving, Riyo grab the wheel as Ryo let go trying to pry Chou’s hand off his neck

Ryo finally pry her fingers off his throat before he choke to death instead of dying in a car accident, “What else do you want me to say?? He asked me what were you two to me and I just panic!”

“Well you can tell him we’re like high school buddies or college buddies or even Riyo ex why me?!?!?” Chou asked in an angry tone.

“I read in the magazine once that Cassie dated a guy so I might as well go with the flow” Ryo said letting out a few cough. “God you look like a weak girl but can choke”

“If both of you are done, can you drive again because I don’t want to die yet” Riyo said as Ryo took over the wheel.

“Sheesh you seem in a bad mood” Chou said looking at Riyo who just stare out the window.

“I’m just tired that’s all” Riyo lied as she tried to sleep all the way home from the ride while Ryo and Chou begin to argue again.

Kaiyo held her cup of coffee as she made her way up to her room as she closed the door behind her. She turns on her laptop and watches it log her onto the net. Placing the cup of coffee on the table, she took out a small key and unlocks the bottom drawer; she reached in and pulled out an old journal.

Closing the drawer, she opens the journal and took out a photo looking at it. It has been a while she even glance at this picture. Staring at it for a while she then place it back into the journal and back into the drawer locking it up.

Kaiyo sat in the chair for a while just staring at the laptop screen until her cellphone rang. She picks it up and looks at the caller id and flips it open to answer,

“Hello?”

“You’re just in luck; I just receive a phone/email on a new mission and the offer nobody can decline”

“Who is it this time?”

“The most powerful, rich man right now in Japan, Sinji Seido” Hideaki said as Kaiyo’s eyes widen.

“Sinji Seido?!?”

“You know him?”

“Riyo and Chou next target is him, if we do our mission it will conflict theirs’”

“Don’t need worry; Riyo will get the mission done in about 3 days at least, and after she’s done we will do our mission. Beside this person said within 2 weeks before he attend this opening for his new cooperation” Hideaki said as Kaiyo relaxed a bit.

“That’s a good thing, are you going to meet up with this person?”

“Yeah, tomorrow and I will meet up with you later tomorrow to discuss it in detail with you.” Hideaki said.

“At my café place?”

“Sure why not since you did offer me a cup of coffee, beside I haven’t seen Chou or Riyo in a while good to catch up with them”

“Okay…I see you tomorrow then” Kaiyo said hanging up the phone. She then lean back on her chair closing her eyes hoping all these nightmares would go away, but she knows that is impossible.

2:01 PM

Chapter 3:

“Are you serious Sinji Seido? One of the top most influential and powerful man in Japan?” the figure asked

“Yep, beside I know you hate his guts for humiliating you after you help him win the case a month ago”

“How did you know about that?”

“If you pay attention, I was there; just blending in”

“Kaiyo is always Kaiyo, always observing”

“I guess so, so how about it Ryo? For old time sakes?”

“Old times sake are you kidding? We do a mission every month so its not old time sake”

“Fine, fine, you’re invited to the party, just bring along Riyo and Chou as your date, easy and simple”

“Fine, but I still want my share and tell them to be ready by 8pm, I will drive by to pick them up, also tell them to be extra careful, I heard a few police will be attending this party too”

“Alright then, I see you in two days”

Then she hangs up the phone and lean toward her laptop. All sudden her cellphone rang and she picks it up,

“Hello?”

“Kaiyo? It’s Sister Angela”

“Sister what is it?”

“Its about your little brother, he’s illness relapse and he’s in the hospital”

“I will be there asap”

She closes her cellphone and grabs her bag and ran out the door.

“Kaiyo we’re home!!!” Chou yelled as they enter into the house but got no reply.

“That’s weird…she’s usually home this time” Riyo said dropping the bags on the couch looking around the house.

“Maybe she went out to do something…but she rarely got nothing to do” Chou said as Riyo just gave her a shrug.

“You should have highlighted your hair lighter” Riyo said looking at Chou hair which was cut in layer style up to her shoulder, highlighted with light brown color.

“If I go any lighter, might as well dye it blonde!” Chou said.

“Sure you should try that next time” Riyo said with a peace sign as Chou threw a pillow at her.

Both of them collapse on the couch as Chou turn on the tv,

“So you went to visit oniichan today?”

“Yeah, he asked about you and asked if you still get into trouble. He should know by now that you always do”

“Hey I don’t always get in trouble…just certain occasion when I’m bored…” Chou said slowly.

“Haha sure…”

“He shouldn’t be asking about me, he should be asking about your life more than me”

“Ha?”

“Nevermind if I told you, you probably won’t even understand. Always I’m going to take a quick shower and sleep, all this shopping just tired me out” Chou said stand up stretching

“Yeah, yeah but tomorrow we have to work on our plan thingy…” Riyo said as Chou grabs her bags and ran upstairs.

“I wonder what she meant a while ago…weird” Riyo mumble.

Kaiyo ran down the hall of the hospital until she saw a nun sitting outside on the chair praying.

“Sister…”

“I’m sorry”

“What did the doctor said?”

“He didn’t come out yet, but from what I heard so far, his illness relapse and they need to do heavy treatment for him.”

Kaiyo sat down next to the sister who held her hand tightly, “God will watch out for him. He’s a very nice boy”

Soon a doctor came out from the room as Kaiyo went up to him,

“What is his condition?”

“You are?”

“I’m his sister.”

“His illness relapse, the only way now he can hold on is to do treatment, but we have to double it up. The only way he can be cured is bone marrow transplant…”

“My bone marrow is not a match to him, now we can only rely on the hospital to find one for him”

“We will move him up the list, but finding a perfect bone marrow for your younger brother will be hard.”

“How much is for the treatment?”

“Money isn’t the issue”

“Money isn’t the issue? Really? When he got out of the hospital, the bill arrive at the house before him and you say those nonsense to me”

“All I can tell you now is that the treatment will be double than before”

“So you’re telling me the money will also increase right? 10,000 or 20,000?”

“Miss…”

“I swear you doctors just say it won’t cost a lot and now the bill is over 10,000”

“Kaiyo…” the sister said getting up from the chair holding her hand.

“Whatever; just do the treatment for him and I will get the money.” Kaiyo said as the doctor and nurse left. “I’m sorry sister for raising my voice”

“Its okay, you’re just worry about your little brother” Sister Angela said hugging Kaiyo, “Why not go in and take a look at him?”

Kaiyo wipe her tears as she walk over to the door and open it, she slowly walk in the door toward the bed. There lies a young male barely in his late 20’s breathing through a machine. She place her hand on his head and look at him, tears roll down her eyes as she stare at him.

“I’m sorry”

She turns away and walks back into the hallway closing the door behind her as she lean on the door crying. The sister walks over to her hoping to comfort her but she wipe her tears,

“Sister, can you please take care of him. When I get the money, I will give it to you.”

She then grabs her purse that was on the chair and hugs the sister before leaving. As she got into the car, she flip open her cellphone. She press the button till she stop at a name, the name she didn’t want to call but now she has no choice, she press send and place the phone by her ear.

It rang once, then twice and finally a voice spoke up,

“It has been a while” the voice said.

“I need you’re help”

“I know, whenever you call me, it’s when you need help”

“Meet me at the same place. I be that in 15 minutes”

“Sure.”

She hangs up and turns the engine on driving off.

Jin arrive at his apartment after Keiichiro dropping him off, as he enter into the place, he took a look around. He threw his bag onto the floor and went in to take a quick shower. He walks into the kitchen and grabs a beer taking a seat outside on the couch.

He took a few sip before reaching over to his bag and open it up, in the corner he pulled out an old photo album. He flip threw it until he stop at a page, his finger touch the page as he smile,

“I’m back…I really miss you” he whispered.

Riyo sat near the window looking outside at the starry night, she pick up her glass of wine and took a sip from it.

“The night is like the night you left me, you promise me you will return but it has been 15 years” she whispered leaning her head toward the window. A tear slowly slide down her eyes into the glass of wine. “I really miss you”

Kaiyo parked the car and got out. It was chilly tonight, as she wraps her arms around herself as the wind blew toward her. She sat on top of her car hood as she took a look at the city night view. Another car engine pulled up next to hers, she didn’t take her eyes off from the view until she felt another presence sitting next to her.

“You always like to come up here don’t you?”

“It’s a great place to clear my mind” she replied and then she took a look at him, “How have you been?”

“Been better I guess. How about you? Your eyes are red, you cried again didn’t you?” he said taking out a cigarette lighting it up.

“Let’s cut the lousy talk Tackey, you know why we both are here, sitting in the cold” she said looking at the man next to her name Hideaki Takizawa

“You are in need of money, so you want to do a mission and I’m the only one that can help you” he said inhaling the smoke and blowing it out.

She look at him as he let out a small chuckle, “I swear, the only time you call me is when you need help…why can’t you call me out for coffee or something?”

“I own a coffee shop, you’re welcome to come in there and get free coffee anytime” she said with a smile.

“I take that as an invitation so if I do come; I better get some good coffee”

“I can’t guarantee you if the coffee is good but I do make a good cup of coffee” she said getting off the car hood. “I guess that’s all for today, whenever there is a mission, just give me a call” she said hugging herself from the wind.

“Winter is coming soon, you should bring a jacket for yourself” he said taking off his jacket placing around her shoulder, “I don’t want my partner to get sick before a mission” he said with a smile throwing the cigarette on the ground stepping on it till it died out.

“I will, thanks for your jacket again.” She said turning away taking a few steps but all sudden she stop when she felt his grip around her arm

“Kaiyo…”

She turn around and look at him, they stood like that for 5 minutes until he move his hand up toward her face. His fingers touch her right cheek as she stares at him,

“I really miss you”

She looked away and took a deep breath moving away, “Same here, I see you around” she said walking away leaving him still standing there.

She turn on the car engine and back out and drove onto the road leaving him still standing there watching her car leave out of his sight.

“I’m sorry but we cannot be.” She whispered

Two days later, it was 8pm both Riyo and Chou were dress up, Riyo was in black slit formal evening dress while Chou was in a white strapless cocktail dress. Both look at their watch as Kaiyo was in the kitchen making herself a pot of coffee,

“Yah Kaiyo, didn’t you say you hired us a driver to go to the party?” Chou asked.

“Yeah, he should be here soon” she replied taking a sip of her coffee.

“Its 8:01, wait… 8:02 he’s late” Riyo said rolling her eyes.

Soon the doorbell rang and Kaiyo open the door.

“Hey neechan” a tall handsome man outside the door said with a smile.

“You’re two minute late” Kaiyo said as he shrug.

“I didn’t want to go to the party in the first place but since I owe you I have to go” he said with a smile running his hand threw his hair as Kaiyo smile.

“YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! WE HAVE TO GO WITH RYO AGAIN?!?!?” Chou screamed in the background.

“I miss you too!” Ryo yelled back as Kaiyo just laugh as she let Ryo into the house.

“Why must be him? Do you know how evil this person is?!?!?” Chou yelled pointing into his face as he pushes her finger away.

“I’m not evil, just protective” Ryo replied.

“Going around saying you’re my boyfriend isn’t protective, just a crazy lunatic!” Chou said as Ryo laugh evilly. “See neechan he’s evil, pure evil! He was sent here to destroy my goal.” Chou mumbled as Kaiyo gave her a hug,

“That’s a good thing he’s looking out for you or else you will get eaten by those nasty old wolves” Riyo said.

“I don’t need his protection; the person he needs to protect is you. You’re the easy target” Chou said.

“Nah, I took tae kwon do and got a black belt so I’m good” Riyo replied, “Ah its getting late we should get going”

“Okay, drive safe, and please Ryo bring them back in one piece for me” Kaiyo said as Ryo nod his head. “Alrighty then, off you go”

The three of them walk out to his car while Chou and Ryo begin to bicker.

“Hope everything goes okay” Kaiyo mumble closing the door as the car back out of the driveway.

“Okay, cadets, this is Mr. Sinji Seido party, out of curiosity, he invited me and several supervisors and their teams to attend the party not only to get to know each other more, but also on a lookout. He has a lot of enemies and want us to take notice.” Fujiki Tensho said to his team members.

He then walk into the mansion while his other members walk behind him.

“I hate these occasions especially this dress” Erika mumble as Aya hook her arms with hers’

“All cheer up, we only need to stay about 2 to 3 hours and we can get to go home!”

“I hope so, last time we try to bail out but that stupid supervisor of ours kept us here till everybody leave. Do you know those rich bastards keep on staring at me with those nasty eyes of theirs?!?!”

“Awww don’t worry, we got Miro and Hayami for protection” Lillian said with a smile walking next to Erika.

“Really? When they see hot girls off they go and we are left alone”

“Well we got Keiichiro and Jin…” Aya said as Erika just roll her eyes.

“Whatever”

“So Jin…is this your first time attending parties like this?” Keiichiro asked as Jin look around.

“Not really, when I was back in the states I went to several but it’s mostly just politics stuff” he replied.

“Show off” Miro mumbled under his breath as Hayami nudge him hard on the side.

“Anyways, let’s split up and take a look around” Keiichiro said as the others nodded and they split up.

“Wah… this man is super rich!” Riyo and Chou exclaimed looking at the mansion as Ryo got in between them.

“What do you expect? This man has about 20 or 30 bank account around the world. His business is mostly investing and also illegal stuff” Ryo said as the girls hook their arms around his as they walk into the mansion.

“Ah Ryo, so glad you came.” Sinji Seido said as he shook Ryo’s hand. “And you brought two beautiful ladies with you”

“Oh they’re my partners from the states; this is Ms. London and Ms. Cassie” Ryo said introducing Riyo and Chou in another name.

“Ah such beautiful partners, what do you ladies do?”

“Ah we mostly just invest in different companies, our father does most of the work and we just help out by investing in different things that can make money” London (Riyo) said with a smile.

“Their father is the famous business man that travels around doing business…his name is Mr. Roger Tashiro”

“Oh my… I seen him in a magazine, we should sit down sometimes and talk if you’re interested. I myself also do a lot of investment and well we have a lot of projects that I’m sure you’re interested in.” Seido said handing them both his business card

“We will see” Cassie (Chou) said with a smile. “Excuse me but I want to go get a drink” she excused herself and walk toward the food table.

“I hope you don’t mind if I took a look around” London (Riyo) said as she walk away from the two men.

“Ryo, I didn’t know you know the daughter of Roger Tashiro.”

“Oh we went wayyy back. I dated Cassie while we were in college but you know things just sorta drift apart” Ryo said with a smile at Seido

“Well you can help me get connection with them. If I can do business with them, my empire will spread. And you know you can get some part of it too” Seido said with an evil smile looking toward London (Riyo) who was walking around.
“We will see” Ryo replied as he took a glass of white wine from the waiter plate.

Riyo took a walk outside toward the yard as she look up at the night sky. It had several stars twinkling like it was dancing in the dark sky. She took a sip of her wine as she sat down by the fountain.

Jin walks out as she took a deep breath in and out. “I seriously hate these parties” he mumbled and he looks over to his right side, there he noticed that same girl that he saw at the café shop. She then looks over to his side and both stare at each other for a while like two days ago when he stare at her through the window.

“It’s him again…” she said in her head as he gave her a half smile.

“Jin, this time walk up to her and ask her. You’re not a chicken. Just clear things up.”

He then tucks his hands into his pant’s pocket and walk over to her. Riyo stood up and look at him, “Those eyes…it reminds me of him so much…but it’s not him. Cannot be him, he left and won’t come back but these eyes are so much like his…” she said in her head

“Hi. I’m Jin Akanishi, I know we have not met before but I noticed you at the café shop two days ago and your eyes seem to remind me of somebody, may I ask your name?”

“Should I even tell him my real name?” she questioned herself as she took a look at him.

Chou look at the food table and smile to herself, “The best part of rich people parties are food” she said in her head as she look at the food, “Do you have any crème brulee” she asked the caterer who handed her a plate with it. “Thank you” she said with a smile.

She turns around as she dug the spoon into the crème brulee and took a bite. “I wish Kaiyo made this everyday or sell them. She will make a fortune” she said.

A figure walk pass her and sudden stops. He turns around and looks at Chou who had her back toward him. He looks at her back for a while and then his eyes bulge out,

“ITS YOU!!!” he said in a loud tone.

Chou turn around hearing a male voice behind her, her eyes look at him trying to remember where have she seen him and then her eyes open wide.

“Oh crap…”

Chapter 02:

As the man reach out grabbing her arm and pulls her out of the water hoping she was alive. He carried her back onto the pier when curious people surround him wondering if she was okay.

He shook her lightly but no responds. He shook her again but harder, no response. He then begins doing cpr on her hoping she will wake up. He pushes lightly on her stomach but no response. He bend down slowly toward her mouth and was about to give her mouth to mouth when all sudden she spit water right into his face.

She opens her eyes and roll on her side coughing out the water when the man who saved her help her sit up straight. People then begin to leave one by one after seeing her alive.

“Are you okay miss?”

“Why did you have to save me? It took me an hour to get courage to jump and now I have to do it all over again!” she screamed as the guy look at her weirdly.

“Why you must die?”

“Because I want too! It’s my life!”

“It’s your life but have you thought of the people around you? They must be really devastated if you leave them”

“I’m going to die sooner or later so why not now?” she said as tears form in her eyes.

“What happen?”

“I should not burden you with this sad, sad life of mines” she said letting out a loud sigh

“It’s your life so I won’t ask, but you should live your life to the fullest. If I were you I would do the same thing”

“I just don’t know. I cannot handle anymore crap that is going on in my life”

“I don’t know what crap is going on but I can tell you that after the storm, there is a rainbow and that rainbow will lead you to happiness”

“Are you gay or something?”

His eyes bulge out at what she said to him.

“OMG YOU ARE GAY!!” she screamed pointing at him

“I’m not gay! I like girls I just have a very sensitive side” he defended himself

“Yeah…sure”

“Anyways, just try not to do something stupid like ending your life. Try to live your fullest”

“I will try but I won’t guarantee it” she said with a weak smile

“Good”

“Thank you” she said giving him a tight hug.

“You’re welcome” he said hugging her back.

He helped her up as she dust off the dirt on her clothes.

“You should go home and change before you catch a cold” he said pointing to her outfit.

“I will, you do the same”

“Ah I’m probably going to change at my office so don’t worry. Take care” he said patting her head and turn around as he walk the other direction

“Thank you” she said with a sly smile. As she turns around to go the other direction, she pulled out a black leather wallet and opens it up,

“Kim Yesung, not bad looking…let’s see how much credit cards and cash you have it here” she said trying not to laugh out loud after counting. “Jackpot!” she screams as she skips off.

Riyo was looking out the window staring into the street when Kaiyo walk by and smack her with a towel,

“yah are you suppose to be researching not staring outside the window”

“I’m taking a break. Can’t a person take a break?”

“You said that 20 minutes ago”

“I work for 5 minute and take another 20 minute break got a problem”

“Yeah with this speed you probably won’t be done until next week!” Kaiyo fuss as a wet girl enter the shop
“Konnichiwa!”

“Yah where have you been all morning young lady!” Kaiyo fuss as she put her hands on her hips.

“Out on business”

“Business? What business is this that made you walk in here all wet?”

“New business?”

“That don’t make sense” Riyo said with a question mark on her face

“My new business is jumping into the water as in the ocean you know…”

“You WHAT?!” Riyo and Kaiyo said with their eyes open wide.

“It works” she said waving a wallet in front of them.

“I told you so many times already stop stealing these from people” Kaiyo said taking the wallet from the wet girl’s hand.

“It’s the only good occupation I’m good at!”

“Chou, technology is increasing everyday one day you will get caught” Kaiyo lectured.

“Until then, this is my job whether you like it or not” Chou replied snatching back the wallet.

“Why can’t you find a job as a secretary or model or something?”

“I’m a half time model but you know keeping up the weight is so tiring. I don’t want to be like those stick figures you know?”

“God help me”

“God is helping you, here is my payment for this month” Chou said digging into the wallet and handing it to Kaiyo.

“Who did you take this from?”

“A very wealthy, business man name… Yesung” Chou said reading the name in the wallet.

“He’s old isn’t he?” Riyo asked with a smirk.

“He’s not old; in fact he’s pretty hot himself. The only bad thing is that he’s really, really gullible” Chou said with a smile.

“Yeah, yeah whatever don’t get me involve. Anyways, Chou go get change and come out here and help Riyo with her ‘research’ ” Kaiyo said doing an air quote around research as Riyo stuck her tongue at Kaiyo.

“I can help now”

“No. Go and change, you’re leaving water trail in my shop”

“Fine meanie” Chou said sticking her tongue at Kaiyo and ran off.

10 minutes later Chou came out all dried up with a towel around her shoulder as she skips back toward Riyo’s table.

“So what’s up?” Chou asked looking at the files on the table.

“Same old stuff. Working on a new case”

“Really, let’s see who we up against…” Chou said opening the file, “ah another filthy, rich, disgusting looking man named Shinji Seido…great he looks perverted too”

“That’s why his money will be in awesome hands like us” Riyo said with a smile, as she type something in her computer, “Looks like he’s going to have a party two more days. If we get in, we can score easily”

“But how”

“Leave that to me” Kaiyo said placing a hot cup of chocolate in front of Chou.

“How are you going to do that?” Chou asked taking a sip from the cup.

“I know my ways” Kaiyo said with a smile and walk off.

“Well we got that covered, what else do we do?” Chou asked.

“Go out and shop for new outfits of course!” Riyo said putting everything in her bag.

“I’m so in need for a new hairstyle too!” Chou said

“You should try doing rainbow dye on your hair!” Riyo said as Chou gave her the wtf look.

Before heading out the door, Riyo handed Kaiyo the file and ran off as Kaiyo shook her head watching both of them running off to the car.

Jin got out of the car and look toward a tall building in front of him, “Welcome to Toyko Police Station” Keiichiro said with a smile.

He then lead the way in while Jin tag behind him, the got in the elevator to the 8 level and got off, “This is the boss room, stay here while I go in” Keiichiro said as Jin just lean against the wall watching the short boy walk into the room.

He took off his shades and places them into his pocket, he then look up and an image of the girl at the café shop appeared in his mind, “Why is she appearing again in my mind? Where have I seen those eyes before?”

The door open as Keiichiro called Jin into the office. As Jin enter into the office, he took a look around, files everywhere, along with wad of papers all over the floor, empty cups of coffee and lunch boxes in the trash.

“You must be the officer that got transfer from the states here… Akanishi Jin am I right?”

Jin nodded.

“I’m Fujiki Tensho, the supervisor of this team, we welcome you to our country and police department” he said with a big smile.

“Thank you sir.”

“I’m late for a meeting, so Keiichiro can fill you in on all the rules, and introduce you to the other teammates” Tensho said as he grabs the file on the table and left.

“Let me show you where our department is at and the other teammates” Keiichiro said leading Jin into the room next door.

They walk down the hall and enter a room with about 6 desks and one empty separated room.

“You guys, I want you to meet our new inspector, Akanishi Jin. He got transfer over from America FBI department. He will be here for a while so please welcome him” Keiichiro said as the 5 other members stood up and form a line. He started with the tallest, “This is Mokomichi Hayami, Mizushima Hiro, Toda Erika, Momoko Lillian and Ueto Aya”

Jin shook hands with all of them and just smile at them as Keiichiro begin to talk to him about the rules and stuff he had to do.

Last but not least he lead him to Jin’s room, “This room has been empty for quite a while now, glad to see somebody filling in the emptiness soon”

“What happen to the inspector in this department?”

“All we know is that he requested for a transfer but we don’t actually know why though.”

“I see…anyways thanks for introducing me to the teammates, just go down to the cafeteria and get coffee for the whole team, and put it on my tab.” Jin said with a smile patting Keiichiro on the shoulder as the guy left.

As Keiichiro close the door behind him, Jin finally sat down and leans forward toward the face and buried his face into this palms for a minute or two and finally relax. For some reason, he felt this is just the beginning of a new start in a new area, he hope.

Outside of his room, the teammates look toward the door of the inspector’s room,

“I cannot believe our inspector is basically our age…it’s so humiliating to take orders from a dude that is my age!” Hiro mumbled as Hayami let out a chuckle leaning toward the back of his chair,

“Dude, seriously get over it! Anybody that gets transfer from America especially the FBI department is going to be like all snobby, stuck up to be in a high position like him, so now all you need to do is accept the damn fact that he’s our team inspector”

“Sheesh Hayami, don’t need to be that harsh, he looks okay…” Lillian said as the other two guys rolls their eyes at the comment,

“Typical girl talk, when they see a handsome guy from America, they are always on his side” Hiro said as Lillian smacks him by the hand when he tried to take a chip from her bag, “Like oww…”

“Typical girl chips aren’t suitable for you” Lillian said as Hiro tries to snatch the bag from her.

“Why should we care who he is and where he came from? All we need to do is worry about our butt and do our own work and he won’t annoy us” Erika said as the others just shook their heads.

“Yeah, yeah your motto is, ignore the rest and do your own work” Hiro said as he finally succeed snatching the bag of chips away from Lillian

“Exactly, we do our own work, get it over with and go home that’s all I care” Erika said getting up from her table and went over to the file cabinet.

“I wonder if he has a girlfriend, he seems to be the type that has girls throwing themselves practically at his foot everyday” Aya said in her thinking pose while biting her pen.

“You make it sound like he’s some start of superstar or something. Every time he enters a room he’s like a shining star” Hiro said with a smirk as Aya threw her pen at him.

“Come on he looks like those types…but for some reason I have this weird vibe coming from him… and I don’t know whether its good or bad” Aya said slowly while the others just stare at her.

“What?”

“Nothing…” the others said as they went back to their own work.

Beep…Beep…Beep….

A figure sitting in front of his computer reached over and picked up his cellphone and flip it open to see whose calling.

The figure then smile as he hit the received button to speak to the person on the other line,

“It has been quite a while you called me”

“It has been a while and you know really well why I called you” the other voice said.

“Ah my guess is a mission. You usually won’t call me if you need my help” the figure said leaning back on his black leather chair.

“You’re the only one with all those connection, whom else would I call”

“Awww I feel so loved” the figure said with a smirk.

“Oh cut the crap, and let’s get to the point. You help on this mission; you will receive your part of share”

“Same percent?”

“Have we ever given you less than what you wanted?”

“Working with you is always the best thing. So who is it this time?”

“If I’m not mistaken, he’s your client and invited you to a grand party of his in two more days”

“You mean…”

“Exactly, our next target is Shinji Seido.”
